AutomationView - Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 01/04/2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of AutomationView software subscriptions made through our website https://automationview.app.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing, refund processing, and buyer support.
All refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy. This page summarises the key points for your convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between this page and Paddle’s Refund Policy, Paddle’s policy prevails.
2. Evaluate Before You Buy
We encourage all users to review the demo video and product documentation available on our website to assess whether the Software meets their needs before purchasing a subscription.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 General Rule
Unless required by applicable law, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or if you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right (see section 4 below).
3.2 Discretionary Refunds
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of your Transaction date. Submission of a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Technical or Product Defects
If you experience persistent technical issues with AutomationView or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features as described:
- Contact us first at contact@rcautomsolutions.com to attempt to resolve the issue;
- If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle’s support team and provide details of the issue and any response received from us;
- Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3.4 Upon Refund
If you receive a refund, your licence will be revoked and the Software will cease to function.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights
4.1 European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This right applies to the first payment under a subscription contract but does not apply to subsequent subscription payments (except for annual subscription auto-renewals in the UK, which grant a new 14-day withdrawal period).
The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content products that have started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used, when you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights.
4.2 Other Regions
Additional statutory withdrawal or refund rights may apply depending on your country of residence:
- Turkey / Israel: 14-day statutory right to withdraw.
- South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: 7-day unconditional right to cancel.
- Singapore: 5-day unconditional right to cancel.
For full details of country-specific rights, please refer to Paddle’s Refund Policy.
4.3 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including but not limited to the French legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-32 of the Code de la consommation). Where local consumer protection laws grant additional or non-waivable rights, those rights apply and override this policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the following methods:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Transaction confirmation email;
- Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account’s billing page;
- Visit https://paddle.net and select the “Request refund” option.
If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to the Software until the end of the paid period.
- No further payments will be taken.
To cancel your subscription, use one of the following methods:
- Your Paddle subscription management page (link in your confirmation email);
- The account management section at https://automationview.app;
- Paddle support at https://paddle.net.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact Paddle prior to raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved faster through Paddle’s support process. If you initiate a chargeback, access to the relevant product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
